I think like while staying in an abusive relationship or settling is equally as bad as exiting a relationship too early, my my gestalt is that there's more exiting relationships too early. I could be wrong, but amongst our generation of like what are we, geriatric millennials and millennials because we grew up with like our parents telling us like we should have everything we want and dream for? So yes, it is important to show up and and try to connect even when you're feeling grumpy, every moment, not every day, but often than not.
