Tequila has more than 250 years of history. The Aztecs were fermenting agave, so way before that. And there is a true gift of craftsmanship in Mexico. We are trying to prove that Tequila can compete with any other sipping spirit around the world. It's really fragrant rather than firing, isn't it? Just the aroma of it. So the nose in the experience of taste is really the ice of the palate.
