i think people often don't understand that you're ripped away, not just from your home, but from your food culture. And i'm wondering if you can talk a little bit about that. We um, usually set out like a bofe. When we do go to events around rome, we set our what they call the pop up restaurants,. So we set up this bofe with all our food and with all the different dishes. It's beautiful to see how these refugees are so uh. I have so much passion for what, uh, for the culinary culture they bring with them.
