It's back to some form of a cold war. It's not a nuclear war, but I think that there certainly, we're going in a future where there is less cohesion and more friction between two economic superpowers. The Russia situation is only important in the sense that Russia is such a huge commodity producer and exporter. And so that produces its own level of complexity. We have to come to grips and do a lot more work on what life is going to be like for the world," he says.
