Remember that pancake i eat every morning is often enough to drag me out of bed and make me do the rest of my getting ready routine. Feeling well rested with more time in the morning means you'll feel and perform better during the day. Katy says, if you need the rest, take it. If you're doing a decent job keeping your habits in check, most of time, you'll be able to handle an occasional bad night of sleep here and there.
