Does Corroboration Mean Eye Witnesses?
It's practically impossible for your case to ever reach court, because the bar is set so high. The scottish legal community will point to certain cases becand of fairly recent cases in scot's law where some of those requirements of corroboration have been watered down. It really doesn't allow for the vast majority of rape and sexual salt scenarios that happen in private that happen behind closed doors. Only two people who can say with any certainty what definitely did happen are the accused and victim.
