Are You Rationing Care Based on Need?

When you're try to parcel out need, you're dealing with multiple serious, existential catastrophes. And we don't know how to adjudicate the provision of resource based on need. The freemarket system is a giant compute, computational device involving billions of calculations per second. It can't be replaced by central planning, not even in principle.
