The Single Tax - It's Efficient to Assess

The single tax is incredibly efficient to assess. It becomes so much more efficient than any other way of collecting taxes. And that's money that goes straight into government coffers instead of, you know, like a toll road. There'd have to be an army of assessors, right? Or overertmaters. Anywhere, anywhere, property tax is assessed. That's already a thing we have in the U.S.
