Kond: What doyou think is one habit, a belief, a mind set that has helped you the most in terms of your overall happiness? Two things. One, that anything's possible, and too, that i'm in total control over my own happiness. I don't watch the news any more, and i stay off social media. Do you have a set time for a regular stress relief activity? And what do you do for me? It's, i walked my dog twice a day. That's really therapeutic for me.
