Facebook's PR Crisis
Advertisers deserve some type of communication as to what is happening rather than being left in the dark. I think for me, the biggest thing was horrible PR. There could have been something where it's like, Hey, we, like, I haven't even really seen them really acknowledge it that much. They just posted the average numbers. People are incentivized by incentives. So when a mistake happens, particularly if it's a rounding error to Facebook, then it should be remediated immediately.
