How Does Obsidian Work on Other Devices?

Vault download because it's just a folder with files. Like that you don't have to do anything apart from downloading it and then open it. Obviously you need obsidian on the device you're using. But once you've got obsidian, the vault is just the vault of files and settings. So if I'm on my PC or a computer or my phone or whatever, could you use it as a watch? Could you use it on a smartwatch? That'd be really cool. And it would be really easy as well to create.
