Trans People Are in Better Hands When It's a Beracratic Matter
There is no leke really strict gender binary. The effort to impose one will impact not only trans folks, but sis folks who are maybe gender on conforming or just visually don't fit a very traditional idea of here's what a man like, hears what a woman looks like. Transpeople are like a proxy for all this gender anxiety written large about, like feminism. So it's much better when it just becomes a technical problem that at coul be solved.
