Affirmative Action Is a Big Can of Worms
Current processes and any company generally are going to be tied to Traditional processes that are going to have inherent bias in them by definition. So for me It's more about reducing and removing the bias rather than favoring any particular group. I think as long as people are making decisions, there's always gonna be inherent bias right?
