Women - Should I Negotiate?
Men were about four times more likely than women to negotiate in all kinds of domains. Women did face this back lass for negotiating, and that was a really consistent pattern. A woman may actually be making quite a rational calculation when they decide to not negotiate. And it just led to men being able to advance faster than women.
