The Importance of Communication in a Tough Time
I think the core principle here has really been transparency, openness, like authenticity. We just went into complete war mode and I think the order of operation was just like let people know what exactly is going on. All hands that we had during that time were extremely unprepared. And most important of all, folks that we've had to let go, we did layoffs in furloughs in March 24th, 2020. But at the same time, there were a lot of lessons learned here and we're going to step up our game for the future.
