Training Increases Testosterone Hormone Production

Olympic weightlifters in the 60s and 70s were chugging large bolus doses of alcohol after their workouts. This weird, there's some interesting chaos and pain that a two part series on a manly things raised testosterone. So to me, it just justifies why everybody should train, right? Because training does, you know, increase, right? Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
