Do Functional Leads Work in Silos?
We've pivoted from really focusing on the functional integration to more focusing on the cross functional work streams that support the goals of that acquisition. We do that not only by grouping people together, but also by saying i don't want to hear about what's happening in paro intigration or in the facilities intigration. That has really helped us to force those teams to not work in sylos because they're working on the integrated experience. And that experience has to be in support of the acquisition goals. In some cases it's building a new product. Some cases it's destroying their business to more revenue. So it really depends.
