Do You Need to Be Engaged With Nature?

Having access to nature was really beneficial to people during covid. If you are actively present in nature in whatever way, that definitely is more beneficial then just going outside and not even being aware that you are in a natural environment. But you can bring nature into your home as well, because, e not everyone can get outside. So i mean, only the benefit of having plants, the benefit ofhaving and pictures of nature, all these things are also internal green walls, and in class rooms, are showin to be really beneficial. Nature by design, is also really, really i think, yes.
