The Role of Gut Microbiota in Hematopoiesis
Fecal Microbiota Transplantation from Young Mice Rejuvenates Aged Hematopoietic Stem Cells By Suppressing Inflammation. Using interferon gamma by specific molecules, CAR T-cells and other immunotherapies is a potential strategy to treat patients in post-transplant AML relapse. Doing so may also rejuvenate the graft versus tumor effect by reversing down regulation of MHC2 on AML blasts.
