How to Define a Company Culture

I think part of it is, you're you're there. I mean for me, I tend to be sort of in meetings really doing thing. And that process of people seeing the leadership figuring things out can help define a company culture. We have a rather direct company culture where people just tend to say what they think whether that's highly polished and varnished or not. If something didn't go right, the best strategy for the person is just to say that instead of try and sort of hide it and paper it over. That tends to be a culture of drilling through things which usually doesn't end well.
