The Data Learning Effect Is Complex, Compound Thing
The first version of the model might be a little bit roughen and be simply unable to discriminate that if it's raining, add ten minutes to the journey time. And then overtime, depending on what you've measured, the model could learn to become more more nuanced. So with a critical mass of capabilities to process that dard er into information, and then feeding that information into self learning models, that's the data learning effect.
