The Story of Evelyn's Abduction

Evelyn hartley went missing at the age of ten. Her father Richard was waiting to meet police when they arrived. Evelyn's school books were scattered across the living room. Janes was unharmed and fast asleep in her crib. Investigators noticed someone had used a screw driver to try and pry open three separate windows. A flower bed below one window featured an imprint of a size 11 tennis shoe, matching the muddy shoe print on the living room rug. Traces of blood were found inside the basement, with more just outside, about ten feet from the window. The fact it sat in such an opportune location for the abductor was merely a coincidence.
