Paul feig said the only thing he can think of is that they kept trying to place creed in all these random places in the background because there was a deleated runner that didn't make it in this episode. And so if you see creed lurking about in these rehearsal dinner scenes, that was this deleted runner of him looking for his stash. They're kicked off by pam's friend isabel.
