Is There a Gluten Allergy?

In the 1940s, we started spraying our crops with all of these herbicides in order to control the wheat growth. And almost everybody sprays their wheat with herbicides. So I think that that alone is a major factor that for some reason just gets very little press. It's something we don't think a lot about because then you you take the so bread, I guess is a good example of something that just is sprayed and then it's processed into with like a lot of these vegan meat replacements or stuff. That's what I think about it.
