Most of the pools are using it for its Byzantine properties, which is quite cool. It gives fault tolerance and makes it essentially impossible to do anything malicious or defective to that pool. The decentralization of the validator set is also a very interesting one for pools as well. Your hosted service provider is actually someone that we thought would come later in the adoption cycle. However, they've come in quite quickly.
