In politics, there'll be more like affirmative action. Democrats will probably give some boost to white men who are more electable and Republicans will do affirmative action. They could have a lot of more blacks and women than you'd expect. In the world of bureaucracy and the world of like courts, I think we're going to a very, very polarized place.
