Environmental assessment is one of my biggest, biggest areas that i focus on. Our goot health really sets the stage for our immunity. And like probiatics ors or anything probatic die. Well, i think diet is huge. I mean, honestly, probiatic is such a small portion of it. Ah, it's what we feed those bugs. They're not going to live unless we're feeding em the right things. We don't just pass on our good bacteria. But i'm really just focusing on how we can optimize that flora prior to, you know, prior to pregnancy - yes.
