The Importance of Self Awareness in Training

In high school, I cheated on the Husker power split. It's innate in us to better understand our own self awareness. As a coach, your end goal is just to build as much self awareness in an athlete as possible so that they can see when it's time to push more or pull back. So like end of block training reviews, I think are really important and getting the information from the client about their progress.
