You and your colleagues looked at cerebrospinal fluid of patients in the PPMI cohort specifically looking at results on these alpha-synuclein seed amplification assays. In that group you were looking at both patients with diagnosed Parkinson's disease but also prodromal or quote-unquote pre-motor Parkinson's. So there's a lot going on with these various cohorts and comparisons.
