Pericarditus, ECG Findings - Spotic Sign
The e c g changes of pericroditus reflect the underline pathology. Pertoditus can cause a decline in the base line t p segment between the complexes called spotted sign. Sympathetic simulation or atral infuction can produce prominent p r depression. An early nation can produce concave esty elevation with prominent jawavs. In all these situations, we need to avoid over diagnosiing peracroditus so we don't miss life threatening causes of chest pain and unnecessarily treat normal variant est elevation.
