China's Military Modernization Is More Provocative Than It Needs to Be
We believe that she jimping is, ah, much more anxious than what i just portrayed. There are a lot of people in the us. Military who look at china's military modernization and say they'll be ready to take tiwan within six or seven years. And so we're trying to beef up our deterrents. The problem with that is that it looks like we're getting more offensive. We need good diplomatic communication between the two sides.
