Data Catalog - The Most Important Selling Point of a Data Catalog

The most important thing for a data catalog, I would argue, is that you have the opportunity to expose data sources that holds a lot of potential value. If your data protection officer, and you want to document how data is being processed, a data lineage function is super, super useful. And if you want to do machine learning, reporting, whatever kind of analytics and activities you want to use, you want to have the best possible data sources to do that on.
