The Only Thing That Can Heal Your Shame
Shame is a response to what trauma psychologist Gabour Maté calls big tea trauma and little tea trauma. Even if you've had nothing big and traumatic happen to you or around you, you could be suffering from shame as a response to the small little traumas that we face in the world on a daily basis. The invitation of God for you friends and for me is that we would come out of hiding and allow ourselves to be seen by God and to be loved by God.
