What Are We Afraid Of?

What are we afraid of? I've had some conversations with leaders recently who are hesitating to do what seemed obviously like the right thing to do. The fear is really not very big at all, but we build it up in our minds. And so it's not as risky as we think. But one of them is that the relationship won't survive a difficult conversation.
