Stake hold analysis has to take place at the very beginning. You need to identify sponsors, and those sponsors are accountable. If this is a transformational deal, these folks should most likely have the word chief in their title. Got to be at that level where you've really got skin in the game,. It matters the success of the parts of the enterprise you own as a critical component of whether the deal itself succeeds.
