When it comes to these fast food and restaurant operators, you want to see rent to sales in the six to eight % range. That's what we would say is healthy. When you start getting into ten 11, 12 % rent o sales ratio, they're not making as much money. Day's market, rents are getting pushed. We do sail lease backs where you might structure it at a ten percent rent o sales Ratio.
