The Philosophy of Agile Manifesto

The Agile Manifesto is a good concept, but we've implemented it really badly. It's because we've prioritised the process stuff and dogma over conversations that people need to have. And so we've silied it and now nobody really trusts us anymore - just like they don't trust lean as much anymore. They're going to have to distribute those teams in ways that can either be cross-functional or even co-located.
