The Importance of a Clear Vision for Sales
The first mission is we got to reduce the wasted time that the sales team is spending. The DPM has to be the clear champion of that and to make that clear in language that all the parties are going to have a stake in it. And if you get that part right, it's much easier to get alignment on the solution because everyone knows how we will measure it. Well, did we make less outbound bad calls or not?
