I learned recently, and I suspect it's from Buddhism because the chat few told it to me had been in a monastery. He talks about the, if breath has a four part rhythm, there's in breath, pause, outbreath, pause. The in breath is revitalizing everything, isn't it? And it gives, when we do it in an easy, relaxed, reflexive way, it brings really deep energy to the body. It's exhausting to try and do it all consciously or force it or try.
