The FIA's Warning to Gunther Steiner

Gunther Steiner criticised Halcomberg's penalty from the Monaco opening lap collision. We should be able to question decisions, shouldn't we? And yeah, he's got in trouble over this weekend. He's been summoned to the stewards to explain himself. I think just some of the words he used didn't sit well using the layman.
