The Backlog of Processing in the Home Office
I was really interested in Madeline's answer there. Except on ID cards, the evidence is that actually employees don't check that much. Why is the home office getting or appear to be getting so much worse at getting through these numbers? Because when I look at the numbers, it seems to slow down a lot in the numbers that they're able to process and therefore this backlog has gone up.
