Customer Experience Is Crucial to a Brand's Customer Experience

A good customer experience requires that the contact center agent be able to quickly access information about the customer who's contacting them. This can be really challenging when a company runs dispert systems that don't share data easily, or they have to use manual processes fact finding and collaboration. We experienced this very scene of the same pain point about 12 years ago, when amazon dot com was experiencing expedential growth. And in order to live that calling, ray, we we needed the right tools to enable exceptional customer experience at scale. Every product we evaluated just fell short. Ie. there're so many things in life that get in the way.
