So, strategic piece, that is part of our clear three to four year strategy. Their clients are gong to want to buy from our clients. Our clients going an to their clients. The culture and the team. Again, in services, probably people always say this, but, i mean, i'm not te sound oldi sn sa, you sell t vs and i sell v crs, yt, the team's really important.
