Bryant Pase podka is the founder and CEO of a company that develops electric fences for cattle. He says they are not cavalier about delivering any sort of stimulus to animals. They have done tests with some universities, which show there's absolutely no change in terms of the stress level n cattle. But he adds: "An incredibly mild shock is a ver useful training tool"
