SaaS - Userbase

You've also worked on a SaaS application called Userbase. Give me an overview of the story behind userbase and how it's going. In my experience, it's very hard to build a successful SaaS, especially as a solo founder. But I'm so happy that I managed to build it in a very lean way. So it did perfectable, even though it just has only about 100 paid customers.
