I think there's a lot of promise in it. Now we've got to execute and implement that's hard. If we were in a deep recession right now, so in 2009, when we did a set of stimulus, including green jobs, that probably was net creating jobs. In the current moment, and generally where the economy is, we have an unemployment rate of about three and a half percent. And the Fed, if anything, is trying to raise that unemployment rate, not lower it.
