How Gordon Murray and Ron Dennis Built a Super Team
I didn't really have any problems with any of them. I was no sort of big egos in the way. We were just building the what was then the new factory in Woking to move into and Gordon was reasonably preoccupied with sorting that out. So the rest of the engineers were sort of left very much their own devices. In fact for the first three months, three or four months we were working in the very old McLaren factory and everybody else was in the new one so we had to do a half mile trip to speak to anyone else but it all worked out quite well I think.
