You don't have direct access to products of learning in some cases. There are certain mental tasks that you can set for yourself and you will actually perform those mental tasks. But giving you a list of phone numbers and saying, here, I want you to commit these to memory is not going to do anything. And so what you need to do is find something that is under your control where doing that thing will have learning as a byproduct.
