Miranda and the Exclusionary Rule

The jury ruled for the cob but didn't receive this very specific jury instruction. The exclusionary rule means that we let guilty people go knowing that they're guilty because they didn't get a mirandam warning. And so you end up with a distinction without a difference in real life, but here it just was this narrow procedur thread of the needle that got us to the court.
