The European Market Design for Renewable Energy
The power industry is lobbying on what should be in the final European market design. There are issues in there about mandatory hedging, which they think might be counter-productive. But one of the things that everyone in the industry is very happy is in the proposal is keeping the marginal pricing system. That's a big thing, because some countries have been pushing for weighted average pricing according to technology.
